Problem: Index S2 will not recognize any wifi networks
The first time I set it up (on 4/12), it recognized several wifi networks and successfully connected. It downloaded a recommended update, and now is not able to recognize any wifi networks at all.
I have done the following:
- Pressed Reset
- Manual reset (remove battery and hold reset button while re-inserting battery)
- Used a phone hotspot instead of a home wifi network.
- Changed hotspot settings to have no encryption
- Tried the setup from a different device (Android tablet).
Between every one of those trials, I removed the scale from both my Garmin Connect app and bluetooth settings from my phone (or tablet) and tried to set up the scale again.
When I do the hard reset, I can see that the firmware version is 3.11.00
My Garmin Connect app is also up to date (Android OS)
