2nd user in index s2 scale not not getting information from the scale

We have the Garmin index s2 scale. 1st user has no issues. The 2nd user shows to be connected to the scale and the scale downloaded the user name and profile. The scale recognizes the 2nd user however does not send the results to garmin connect on 2nd users iPhone. The garmin connect shows the scale as a connected device. Does anyone know how to get the information to load?

I had the same issue. I even removed the 2nd user and sent out the invitation a second and third time. Each time the 2nd user was added to the list and to the scale successfully. But her weighing data did not sync to her Garmin account.

I waited overnight, and guess what. All five of the weighing instances she did the day before came through in the morning. I guess it must be something to do with Garmin's backend system delay.
