1hr 15m later. Scale Still not updated to 3.11

Ive followed all the steps. Got a wifi hotspot it connected once. Even got as far as the progress bar. Once. - but it was only one progress bar I saw. Not three.

Even saw the scale work. And Take a measurement. But it wouldn’t sync on my Garmin connect app.

when I look on my account on my computer it’s saying it’s still on version 3.00. Not 3.11

when I try and repeat the process I can’t get it to connect to wifi to download any updates.

I’ve spent an hour and a quarter and still have a useless scale.

Garmin team please help.

when I try and do the hold reset with a battery out I get this error with the cog showing red.

I can’t get a wifi connection through the Garmin connect app.

I must delete the scale in the connect App. Also Bluetooth in the Settings. Than I search the scale in the connect app and install Wi-Fi

Exactly the same here. I think I have spent more than three hours already on this, I’m sorry to put it like this, major, major mess-up by Garmin. It still doesn’t work. Even if this update procedure would work, it really isn’t a way to burden your customers with. Garmin, come on, please fix this and fix this in a way we don’t have to go to other houses and WiFi networks. This is absurd.
