Hello,
I've tried to update from 3.00 to 3.11, as I have been suffering all wifi connection problems, and I have performed the update this afternoon.
The scale connects properly (using mobile Hotspot), it downloads the firmware (progress bar reaches the end) and a green check is shown.
After all this process, if I check the firmware version, it stills says 3.00 and regular wifi it is not working.
I have run the process three times, with the same result.
Is there any way to force or complete the process successfully?
