Index S2 inaccurate weights after recent update

The recent update that was highly recommended by Garmin caused the scale to measure widely varying weights: plus or minus 1.5 kg from one to the next day seems impossible. Anyone else has the same problem? What to do? Can the update be rolled back?>

I see issues when the scale is moved or stored vertically. To get an accurate weight I tap the scale once, let it go to zero and wait until it turns off. Then I tap it again, let it go to zero and only then step on it.
