pairing issue

Hello,

I have an Iphone 12 promax and just bought a Garmin Scale S2 . Although I have a fenix 6 paired with my Garmin connect and my husband that has an Iphone 14 pro max could connect with the scale, I am not able too .

I have tried:

I am a connection of my husband account in garmin connect, my phone just does not see the device
I've reset the scale
Íve reset the Iphone
I've update all app versions
