My scale has a question mark next to it in the Connect app. When I tap on it it says the Wi-Fi set up was complete, but 90% of the time nothing uploads. When I tap general>Wi-Fi settings it tells me to press reset to go into pairing mode. When I do that it will pop up the network it’s supposed to be connected to with a option to test the network, which it always does successfully. That option is never there unless I press reset first. I’ve removed and added the device several times already. The scale will also not activate with a tap, but that’s a whole other issue.
