Muscle measurement and body fat is not accurate. Possible calibration?

 I would like to calibrate my scale with real measurements from a sports diagnostic from a doctor. Is it that possible?

Smart scale measurements:

Muscle 35 Kg Fat 22%. 

Measurements under a professional doctor just in that spezialised:

Muscle 40,5 Kg Fat 18,5%
