Long wait/sync after weighing.

I experiencing the following.

after I weigh myself on the S2 scale everything is measured correctly and the sync icon shows. No problem so far. After a few moments the scale turns off as expected.
After another family member wants to use the scale directly after me. (This happens in the morning.). They turn scale on but then the scale is showing the hourglass icon is shown and the sync icon in the top. So I guess the scale is still syncing data to Garmin. But this will take a few minutes every time.
Is this normal behaviour? If so this is quite annoying. In the morning everyone is in a hurry and then you just don’t want to wait a few minutes until the scale is ready for you after somebody just used the scale.

I think it is, but not as long as you describe. I've found that you can not immediately use the scale. I sometimes will weigh myself twice just to make sure it's correct. Sometimes takes a minute before this is possible, but usually less than that. It's never longer than that. You could try restarting your router to see if it helps. Other than that, you might try contacting Garmin Support to see if they have any other suggestions.
