I am on a weight loss journey. I am tracking from my Index S2 scale. How much data do I need to collect before I can start to believe a trend? Looking not to find myself in a catabolism sate. I have eight days of data so far and I seem to have decreased 2.6 lbs while my body fat numbers have only changed .3%. I understand that this scale is not 100% accurate, that doesn't matter to me in the big picture but the changes do.
