Invite new person to index S2 fails

I try to invite a person from Garmin connect to my Index S2.

He got the email, but after register a new account and clicking on the link in the email, he got an error screen

Looks like we crashed

Please give us a few moments to pick ourselves up.

Got the error since more then 4 days :-(

Please fix this

    Garmin index is a piece of garbage not supported

    We should (Index S/S2 owner) cry out loud all over the internet to get a refund from Garmin

    We created a new garmin account and niw invitation was working.

    The other person will have to (1) download the app on their phone, (2) add you as a connection, (3) then you will have to go onto your app on your phone - assuming you are the “owner” of the device - and invite them as a user, (4) they will receive a message on the “inbox” in their app, (5) they can accept the invite to use the scale, (6) then they can set a username and other details.

    their name that they set (4 characters) will appear on the device afterwards as an option.

    Maybe for the price of it - but I think it’s great that you don’t have to manually log your weight etc anymore and that the scale does it for you. Obviously it will get better over time but for now I think we over expect what it can give us for what it is programmed to do.
