Can't change user

I can't change the user during weighing.

If I tap on the scale, during the initials of the wrong user is displayed, nothing happens.

My wife has the problem that she has to tap through 5 "question mark profiles" to bring up her name. What are these other profiles and how can they be removed?

Why does this happen in the first place when the weight on the scale almost matches the value on her profile? Just recognize her already, like it's advertised!
