Yesterday Index S2 worked just fine and today my weight feels like is divided by 10 and comma is misplaced. It shows 18.4kg though I checked my actual weight (on other scales) which is 108.4kg. Moreover, all users were gone too.
What I tried to so far: zeroing, changing between kg/stones/lbs, changing batteries to new ones and full removal from Garmin account and adding again. Last step managed to get users back, but weight is still incorrect.
I own quite a few Garmin devices and I actually start loosing my faith in this company. Old gadgets worked like a charm for me, but new ones keep requiring warranty attention, it's like 50/50 chance. Horrible.
