Index S2 does not display the device image in GC web or mobile app

Hi, I wanted to ask if anyone has the same problem?

The problem is occurring on the GC connect website and in the mobile app, that means the problem is not on my devices (pc, mobile) but in GC. I wanted to ask if anyone has the same problem and or do you see the image of the scale normally? I also sent this to Garmin support about a month ago, but so far nothing...

I have even figured out what the problem is. When I view the code of the GC page when I am on that Index S2 scale, here I can see the link where that page expects the picture of the scale:

When I move the url where the page is expecting the weight image to the next tab, it doesn't find anything and that's the problem...

If I do the same with the Fenix6, it works:

I am having the same problem both on the connect website, but also in the connect app (iOS) - it has been like this for some time now and today I finally thought I'd search the forums for a possible solution and what d'know I'm not the only one with the problem :-)

It's a small thing, but it might work as it should...

All it took was a simple thing...
Just put a picture of the scale under the URL below:

The problem is already solved! At least for me, the picture of the scale is now displayed everywhere as it should be.
