How can I change the date format shown on the scales.

So today is the 26th February and my scale annoyingly shows.

2-26 which is incorrectly shown for users in the UK. I managed to change the weather from Fahrenheit to Celsius. But I can't see how to change the date format.

Change it in the Garmin Connect app under devices

I've had the scales for over a year. No matter how many times I change the date format in Garmin Connect, it never changes. Am I missing something?

I've tried changing the date format in the app but nothing changes. I thought there might have been another way to do it.

No, I’ve had my scales about 6 weeks, it updated to v2.12 straight out of the box, changed the date the day I got it with no issues. I don’t know what else to tell you other than sometimes I found I had to weigh myself first to trigger an upload/download cycle before some things changed.

I’m not sure if it makes a difference, but I have mine set to kilograms rather than pounds via the switch on the back.

After putting up with this issue for over a year, I thought I would spend some time trying to resolve it last night. Gave up after 15 minutes of trying. No matter how many times I changed the date format setting in Garmin Connect, syncing the scales and even resetting them, it won't recognise the DD/MM format.

The switch on the back of the scale is set to kilograms and not pounds.

This is clearly a bug.

Are you changing the settings via Garmin Connect web page or mobile app?

Not that it should matter, but I made all my settings on Garmin Connect Mobile (Android) app

I've tried only the mobile app and it still doesn't change.

Mobile app. Made changes while the scales are on, off, after resetting the scales... Think I've tried just about everything.

Strangely, I can switch the widgets on and off, so I don't think it's a sync issue.

What country are you in (I’m in Oz). I wonder if there’s some link to local device settings etc (I’m clutching at straws here)
