My index S2 stopped recognizing me as user when I took it to France. Now that I have returned to the U.S., it still will not recognize me despite removing device and adding again, trying different networks (phone hotspot, hotel wifi), reconfiguring display name on phone and profile on pc... I have tried everything in the forums and on the Garmin troubleshooting site. Wifi and bluetooth show connected on the scale, but still does not recognize me as user.
