Cannot weight, it always wants to sync with garmin connect

hi,

i successfully connected and setup with garmin connect.

Then one it flashed, shows the widget .of "demo1" user?.., then it turned off.

Not everytime when i step on it to turn it on,

i first see the blue garmin trianble, and then it goes immediatly into garmin connect mobile sync mode which takes some minutes.

so i cannot weight!

How can i stop that?

Click "More >> Edit"

As to your issue, try resetting the scale. Garmin Index S2 Smart Scale - Resetting the Device

You can stop that by resetting the device.
Hold reset until flashes & turns red. The scale turns off. When it is on, then pairing with Bluetooth & set up the scale.
