Brand new one day old index scale 2 from John Lewis.
the unit looked brand new and unopened.
the right pairing screen is displayed on the scale when you instead the batteries and press the reset button.
I've spent an hour plus on this today and am no further forward in getting it to pair, with an iPhone 12, laptop running win10, Mac, iPad, iPhone X, and lastly an Android phone.
the unit does not appear on any device under the list of Bluetooth devices to pair with. I’ve reset every thing, phones, the scales (multiple times), checked privacy settings - which are all ok as my garmin watches are all connected ok.
before I return this - is there anything else I can try ?
As so far garmin connect won’t find the scales, iOS, windows 10, android won’t find the device via Bluetooth and I’ve run out of options.
