Garmin Index S2 not uploading to Garmin Connect

Hey! I have owned the Garmin Index S2 scales for the past few months with no issues. Now when I use these the data does not uploaded to Garmin Connect. Any ideas?

Might need to do a reset. Something might have changed, such as your SSID, wi-fi password, or Garmin account credentials.
