Index S2 not recognizing me as user

Question

I just unpacked and set up my Index S2 scale today and have the same problem. It only recognizes as guest and only gives weight information. Any solutions?

I had this, think it started when I changed phones. I removed the index s2 from my garmin account, reset it, and added it again and all is good.
