After moving scales around I’ve found that the readings are all out. If you lean forward on the front quarters it is nearly correct matching other scales however 3-5 kg out when standing square.
The odd thing here is if I unclip the rear casing slightly the scales return to the correct readings I.e. they read within 100-200grams of my other scales which have always been the case.
Do I return them?
Also yes have tried varying steps to reset etc.
