Pairing 2nd user

Hi I have purchased the index 2 for me and the wife to use now the problem I have is one I've seen here but got no answer both of us have our own app and account we are friends, now I set the scales up on mine no problems records weight etc.. invite the wife's account to use she gets invite accepts now with difficulties I can get it to pair but then it removes me and makes her owner, she send me the invite I accept pair and it removes her and now it's just a loop, about ready to take it back and definitely not buy smart watches..  anyone know what's going on

    What do you mean by "she gets invite accepts now with difficulties I can get it to pair". There is no need to pair or use the phone after an additional user has been added. When she accepts the invitation she should show up in your "Manage People" category and she can just start weighing. I have added lots of friends to my scale and it never was a problem. Sometimes it can take 1 or 2 weighs by yourself until the new user is finally registered on the scale.

    Mate u are a life saver, I was about to throw it against the wall, what was happening was say on mine as the added user was saying I was registered to use index 2 and pressing on that said I was registered but not paired so I would press that and it would pair and make me owner removing the wife but following what u said to just start using after invite and could take afew go's for extra person to appear worked, so was just some confusion, working perfectly now thanks
