Index S2 Smart Scale - No Advanced Body Metrics

I connected and configured the scale to my Connect app and it syncs fine.

The scale does however not record or show Advanced Body Metrics.

Its selected from the widgets screen.

I did use it barefoot. Weather and Weight Trend widget syncs fine when I select/deselect them

I propose to contact support before sending back the device. I did it in the past and they were very responsive

I would suggest to remove the scale from GC and perform a reset. Try to start over again

Thanks, I have tried that with a factory reset and also removed it from my devices. I can make changes to name and turn weather widget on and off and it syncs. I am starting to think its a faulty device.....

Thanks for that, I have spoken to support and they ended up organizing a replacement unit which works fine.
