Index S2 - Loop restart

The scale does nothing but restart in a loop. The only way to stop is by removing the batteries.
The software of my scale is Version 1.49.0.0
The following screens alternate in a loop:

After a short time, the weight display appears:

It starts to measure the weight, but it turns off directly and returns to the blue triangle screen:



I have tried the following with no success:
  • Restarting the router.
  • Resetting the Device - There is no way reset button doing something.
  • Changing the batteries.
