Scale does not recognize one user

Hi,

I have 4 users on the scale (me, my wife and my 2 kids). Each has a wide difference in weight, so weight similarity is not an issue.

The scale can differentiate between me, my wife and my daughter correctly. But it will never recognize my son and prefer to attribute the weight to my daughter instead (and difference of -25 lbs...)

I tried everything, I removed my son from the account, added him back, etc. It seems the scale sync the settings correctly but I never get to weight my son and see it's name in the list of potential user to attribute the new weight in.

Any idea? I am starting to regret this purchase as my old Withings from 2011 is better in accuracy and day to day working...

    Hello! If the scale does not recognize an user it generally is because after the invitation was sent his profile has not been completed. Check to be sure everything is complete on his profile.

    I am sure the profile is complete. I even change something on the web version of Garmin Connect, saw the badge that say that the change will be applied at the next scale sync. I weighted myself (because this user is still not recognized) and confirmed that the badge dissapeared.

    I was having this problem... and the solution seemed to be to just keep taping.  It goes around in circles a few times, then eventually will list everyone on the scale.  Kind of annoying really, but it should keep track once it gets a good reading.

    Having the same issue here. Me and my partner use the scales. I have removed him and added him again via email and this time made sure that his weight when signed up was exactly the same as it showed when he was coming up as a guest. When I weigh myself it lets me tap through each of our names. However, when he uses it, after syncing his new invite, it only shows Guest? and when he keeps tapping it just shows the same Guest? icon.

    I have the same issue right now. Did you ever get an answer to this problem? I’ve been desperately looking everywhere for answers.

    The scales had a load of GUEST profiles on it. I ended up tapping through them about 20+ times before my partners initials appeared. There doesn't seem to be a way to remove the guest profiles. Even resetting the scales, the guest profiles would remain. So just keep tapping through! Fingers crossed tone1

    Hi, is it possible to remove those GUESTs? Or assign GUEST measurements to specific users (I have this possibility on Withings scales)?
