Anyone having trouble adding users?

I can not see the added users on the scale even though I see them in the settings. I tried resetting the scale, even removing it and adding it from my account. Impossible to get anyone but me to show up on the scale,

Their scale is a finicky piece of rubbish and there are multiple bugs within their software that still need to be solved. The most frustrating part is that Garmin uploads all you contact information before…

No, it doesn't help for the index S2.

I have also added my wife, created an garmin connect account, then connect with my account. I was able to see her name on the scale (top right) but the scale never reconized her and always set the weight to me.

The user guide explaine to tap the scale for changing the user but it doen't work.

PLease help and give additional information.

I have the same issue. It seems the scale will only accept one user at a time. So either my wife can use it or I can use it, but not both. Forcing people to go through the Garmin Connect app to reinstall it everytime is just not a workable solution. I wonder if the people at Garmin actually use their own products so they can experience for themselves how bad their UI/UX actually is.

Send the invite to the second user from the connect app. Have them log into their connect online via web browser. Open the invite from their inbox and accept. They will need to answer all the questions and select finish. Should be good to go.

I just received this scale and I just about sent it back over this issue, but I got it figured out:

This is the logic the scale is following:

1. Always show new users on the user list (this is why they appear to 'disappear' later)

2. Allow selection between users within ~10lbs of the measured weight

3. If the user taps 15+ times show all users

So a user appears to disappear because you see it the first time, but then if you aren't within 10lbs of that user it will not give it to you as an option again until you tap 15+ times. Only then does it decide to give you the full list.
