Can someone from Garmin please contact me. I have sent several emails and also attempted to call.

we have had the Garmin Bounce for less than 4 months and have found it to be incredibly unreliable and does not work as advertised or intended. 


due  to ongoing faults and failure to be able to use the watch as was intended. the device has experienced repeated and unresolved faults, including:

• Messages intermittently failing to send or receive (from various locations) - currently unable to send or receive

-  Maps not updating (from various locations)– error message ‘location for xx could not be updated’ •

The device frequently freezing with a blue triangle on the screen, requiring hard resets on numerous occasions •

Poor battery life - barely lasts 8 hours 

• When placed on charge overnight, the watch will charge fully but, if not removed from the charger by morning, the battery is completely drained

These issues mean the device does not perform its core functions and I would like a full refund of the watch and the LTE subscription.
