My two kids each have a Bounce watch. Recently one of them has stopped reporting it's location. I do not get the alerts when they leave or enter a boundary (or sometimes I will get it hours later, randomly), and when I try to update the location from the app it tells me the location for that watch can't be updated. The software is up to date, and it was working fine up until a month or two ago, and the other watch has no problems. Does anyone have any what might be going on?
