Garmin Bounce Weather Location is Wrong

My child's Garmin Bounce watch has the location for the weather app as somewhere in an extreme climate (always shows single digit temps). Not sure how to resolve it.

Is it possible that the unit of measure for the weather is wrong (Set to Celsius rather than Fahrenheit)?? This article may help - Changing Units of Measure
