I bought 2 bounces, neither one will live track and messages dont send until they get back into WiFi range

Are these things completely useless? I just paid a bunch of money for subs and 2 watches and they dont work at all for what I bought them for.

Hi! Where are you located? State/Provice and country? When the watches are outside of the range of wifi, what signal strength do they show (How many bars are lit in the upper right corner of the watch face)? Have they ever worked to your expectation or did the problem exist right away?

Definitely regretting this purchase and subscription. Even when on the same wifi, messages take several minutes to send and receive.
Tracking doesn't work at all when the watch is not on wifi.

Definitely regretting purchasing this Bounce and subscription, even when on the same wifi signal, messages take several minutes to send and receive, if they work at all. Tracking & messaging does not work at all when not on a wifi signal.
