I created a family group chat for my kids and their new "Bounce" watches. I'm the admin, I sent an invite to my wife via email. When she clicks on the join group it takes us to download the app (which we did) and thats it. She has the app downloaded but there is no where to actually join the group.
All the email does is bring us to the android app store. Download the app. But it doesn't register her into the group chat. And there is no invite in the app itself.
So now it's just me and my two kids in the chat. An email that doesn't lead to anything but the android store.
There are no solutions for this anywhere.
Would be nice if there where posted solutions on here.
