Messaging is totally unreliable

I have set up my daughters Bounce, everything seems to work fine except for messaging. When a message is sent from the watch to the app it just says sending then did not send. So I resend it and sometimes it will go and sometimes it won't. When sent from the app to the watch it takes at least five minutes for the watch to receive it. I have done all of the trouble shooting measures but it still does not make a difference. We have great cell coverage and wifi also. The only way I can send or receive a message instantly is by closing the app totally and re-opening it and selecting the connect tab, once I do that I instantly receive the message on the app or the watch instantly receives the message. Not something I am willing to deal with. Any fixes????

  • When you look at the watch itself - upper right corner should show you the LTE signal quality. How many bars is it showing? When the messages are successfully going through, has your child moved inside your home wireless network? Has it ever worked as you expect?
