Why have the issues with the bounce subscription been resolved? There a clearly huge problems yet we are all being charged each month without receiving the service we are paying for! Love track doesn’t work, battery won’t last a day, and the messages are not sent or received which has landed us in dangerous positions when that is what we bought the device to resolve! If you know the product doesn’t work why are you selling it?
