Last night the Bounce was reading out my kids audio messages while charging. How can i stop this?

Had the bounce on charge overnight next yo my bed. Kept being woken up thinking i heard someone talking. Then nothing, so id go back to sleep and it would happen again. Finally was awake for a long message and figured out what it was snd unplugged it. But it’s creepy as *** and will make it unusable. Help?

My son and daughter both have a Bounce and this has occurred often. Don't have a fix, just very disappointing

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing strange behavior with your child's messages on a Garmin Bounce device. It sounds like the device may be experiencing what we refer to as "false touches". You may want to try using the feature that allows you to Lock and Unlock the Touchscreen.
