On my 3rd bounce since April! Will not get location, receive messages(even on wifi)-Garmin please help!

Bought our bounce in April and are located in Toronto, ON, in the city(not in the country). First watch would only charge to 95% and would take over 12 hours, and the watch was permanently set to Dutch language despite selecting English on both the app and watch. Received the second watch, which worked GREAT until all of a sudden I could no longer track the watch and it stopped charging. It would shut off in the middle of charging, would and shut off when my kid was wearing it, then it just stopped taking a charge.

Received the 3rd replacement this week. Couldn't track my kids location. The watch isn't receiving any of my messages a sometimes a message from the watch will go through, and maybe every couple of hours the location will update. Was on with CS this am and they emailed me instructions to reset/reboot. Did ALL of that. Cannot even get a live location on the watch despite it being on home wifi, connected to my bluetooth and literally right next to my phone. Also won't receive any messages, but can send them(only on wifi).

CS wants to refund but I just want a watch that works! The 2nd watch worked GREAT until it just stopped. What a bummer. Are there any brands that actually work? This is super disappointing
