Hi, I'm having trouble getting the charge cable to stay connected to my watch to charge my watch. I have purchased a new charger but the same problem remains. I'm using the USB plugged into an adaptor. It says it is 100% charged but 24 hours later the watch dies and I miss / don't wake up to my alarm. I use my watch for an alarm and for tracking my heart rate and steps. I don't know if the watch has reached its end of life. I am trying to work out if there is a way to test if it is at the end of its life.
