Bounce not live tracking and not sending msg - have subscription and wifi connect

Just got a bounce for my 9 yr old. The live track will not work. Sounds like this has been an issue. we have a subscription and are tied to wifi. Have re syned etc. Anyone have suggestions on how to fix this. The msgs and check ins also stopped working - super disappointed as this was the whole reason for the purchase. We are in Canada. TIA.

  • I’m having the same issue ! My child’s watch also keeps unpairinf and isn’t connected to my blue tooth so won’t load her location once she leaves the house which is the whole reason why I got the watch and paid for subscription.

  • I have the same issues, The watch will update it's location on the hour but Live tracking either takes 15+ minutes to enable or just fails.  Really disappointed in this product so far.  I have updated the firmware, and rebooted the watch multiple times.
