Location is Often Wrong, Messages are not Received, Live Track Won't Start. What am I Paying For!?

After reviewing the message boards the problems in my title seem very common. Is Garmin listening!? Their product is not working as advertised and we are paying monthly fees for connectivity. This is totally unacceptable.

I have done the software updates. I have done restarts on the watch. Nothing works. This product does. not. work. 

Make it work or give me my money back. I expect more from Garmin. I have owned other Garmin products that have worked very well. This is a shame.

  • I am experiencing the same problems! I bought the Garmin Bounce in January 2024 - it presents tons of problems; live tracking is not working at all. Messages are not reliable. The battery drains super quickly. My son cannot use it for an entire day because the battery only lasts from 8 AM to 3 PM - only 7 hours!! It is updated to the latest version (8.20), but it has never worked with any previous firmware. I have seen that everybody with this product are presenting the same problems!! How is it possible for you to sell it if it is not working at all? I have always been a great Garmin supporter, but I am very disappointed by Garmin since the product is entirely unreliable.
