We just purchased the Garmin Bounce for my son. When he sends a message from the watch it reaches my phone right away (I have a samsung)! However, when I reply or send him a message from my phone app, it takes up to 30-45mins for him to see/get notified of the message. Is this an LTE situation, a watch issue or is this the reality of the watch? The LTE shows only 1 bar on it but we live in a very good area that connection is never an issue? Clearly because when he sends me a msg, I get it right away. He is just not getting my responses. Plus the Location and Live Tracking works perfectly fine. Thoughts, suggestions, troubleshooting? Thanks.
