My son's Bounce (already a replacement) has mysteriously stopped working. It stopped reporting to my phone around 9 hours ago while he was at school.
My son reported the watch suddenly felt very hot and then stopped working.
Since he's been home I've tried resetting the watch but with the screen not working I can't tell if anything is happening
This is already a replacement watch (as we had a similar problem with his last watch suddenly not working and had needed to replace his brother's watch at the same time with almost the exact same issue) and I'm trying to work out if this is a widespread problem or if we are just very unlucky.
