Last night my child's Garmin Bounce sent a "your child may need assistance" (loud) alert. At the time the alert was sent, the watch was plugged into the wall in the next room charging and my child was asleep.
Please can you advise what could have caused this false alarm to ensure that it doesn't happen again? I do not plan to put the watch on my child until this is explained to avoid a scenario where i receive a false alert when my child happens to be out of the house which would cause unnecessary panic.
