Bounce watch destroyed - how move the 1 year LTE plan to new replacement Bounce?


my son lost his Bounce watch. We were able to find it again, but it was on the street, completely destroyed. I think some cars rolled over. So if I now buy a new one, how can I bind the 1 year LTE plan from the old one to the new one?

  • We had to replace a Bounce with a cracked display.  During setup of the new Bounce, Garmin Jr. actually prompted us to transfer the LTE subscription.  I don't have the screen shots but it was a pretty clear and seamless experience.

    There is also the option to change the device associated with a subscription within your account settings/Subscriptions and Service Plans.
