Anyone else having issues with the Bounce frequently rebooting?

We have 2 Bounce watched. Both are updated to 5.10 firmware. They will both spontaneously reboot periodically through out the day.
I am assuming it's a crash of some sort. Anyone else having this issue?
unfortunately, I did not bring my laptop on vacation so can't I'll the debug files to post.

And now it is just stuck on a screen showing the Garmin Jr icon with rings circling it.

Hi, I wouldn't say frequently in my case, but I do experience some rebooting at times too.
