LTE not working

On our new Garmin Bounce the LTE is not working at all. I am wondering if others are having the same problem (I live in the Netherlands).

I am already in contact with Garmin, who say that it is a 'known issue' for 'some' Bounce watches. They have no indication when it will be solved.
