My son's Bounce 2 doesn't want to stay on the charger. It not only won't click on, but if you don't actively hold it on the charger it pops off and won't charge. Tested the charger with a different Garmin watch and it clicked on just fine, so it doesn't appear to be an issue with the charger having been damaged.
Has anyone else experienced this and/or knows a fix for it, or did we get a defective watch?
