Amazon music playlists won't transfer or appear in the list of playlists in the Garmin Jnr App. Is there a fix for this?

Having created a paid Amazon Music Unlimited account, created a playlist and installed music via the Garmin jnr app, I cannot see the playlists. Which inturn means they cannot be synced to the bounce 2 watch. Would love some more detailed information on how to set this up.

  • Once you have the app installed on the watch and connected to your Amazon Music account, go into the Garmin Jr app and go to Settings for your child's Bounce2, then select Music, and select which of your playlists to sync to the device. Then on the watch, plug the watch into a charger and go to the music app -> sync for the music to transfer over.
