Has Bounce 2 improved LTE issues form Bounce 1?

I'm curious if anyone has upgraded from the Bounce 1 and if the ongoing LTE issues that occur on Bounce 1 have been fixed with Bounce 2?

Possibly, "no". UK user here. We bought a Bounce 2, it was working fine on LTE but as of this week then LTE has completely failed. We have started a support ticket yesterday, but none of the turn it off and on again/reset etc options they ran through helped.

This crap still isn’t working, and I am completely shocked by how awful these people are. They keep ignoring my requests on top of everything else.

They don’t call, and I ended up buying myself a headache I never expected. This is worse than some cheap no-name Chinese watch.
