Battery Life

Hi, we just set up the Bounce 2 for my daughter, along with the LTE plan. She turned it on at around 7am (charged to 90%) and by 12pm the battery was down to about 32%. Is this all due to tracking? Maybe i've been messing around with it on the app too much? Anyone else have a similar issue and, if so, how do we fix it? Given the quality and awesome battery life of other Garmin products we have, this is surprising and i must be doing something wrong! thank you!!
