Garmin RCT715 Blurrred Video. (Admin please do not lock this thread until resolution comes up)

I have been posting threads about the RCT715 blurred video footage issue, but it always gets locked by admins without resolution.

Is there any procedure how to flash this back to the old firmware (3.xx or 4.xx) when videos are still like circa-2000 video quality?

I admit Garmin should stay away with sports video capture business after they dissolved their Virb lineup, but at least put this back to how it was to be useable to the least.

If Garmin cannot offer a solution to address the reduced functionality of their product compared to what was advertised, I firmly believe that a recall or refund should be implemented.

It's far better to call Garmin Support than to go through the back and forth emails.
