Varia Vue cannot pair with the Varia app or link to my computer [wired]

I have the latest front camera Varia Vue and I cannot link it to my computer or pair it with the Varia app. I have reset the Varia Vue [hold buttons for 10 seconds, but nothing. It does link to my 840, but I suspect that is because it's using the Ant+ method. Anyone have a work around?

    Just an update. I called Garmin today and within a few minutes, they want my old unit back and a new one is on the way. With all the issues people have with online/phone help, this was about as easy as it could be. If they had a counter, I would have walked out with a new unit in about 10 minutes.
